No. If you have a redesign project or you have an existing website and would like us to perform a redesign, we will quote separately under our Professional Website Development service.

No. Commerce Support covers system functionality and operational stability. It does not include ad management, SEO campaigns, or social media marketing.

Hosting oversight can be added as a separate service. We coordinate with your hosting provider when necessary. If, however, you start your online journey with us, we handle all hosting setup and management as long as you maintain a support agreement with us.

We review compatibility during updates and restore from backup if required. Larger compatibility rebuilds may require additional scoping.

Support plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, cancellation requires written notice before the next billing cycle.

On-site support is available but billed separately under the standard Site Visit structure unless otherwise stated in your plan.
