Shaquille Daniel
Shaquille founded Iktaro Solutions to give small and medium-sized businesses the same standard of software he builds for government: secure, well-documented, and designed to grow. He leads every engagement from the first requirements conversation through build, launch, and ongoing support.
Background
Shaquille's career started on the infrastructure side of ICT. From 2015, he worked in systems support, administering Windows and Linux servers, supporting executives and end users, and maintaining video management and point-of-sale systems. He then moved on to deploy enterprise network and monitoring solutions for corporate clients. As a pre-sales engineer there, he worked with clients to define technical requirements and prepare solution designs, scopes of work, and project documentation.
In 2021 he moved into full-stack software development as an IT Analyst / Programmer. In that role he leads the design and delivery of custom web applications, including recruitment and service-delivery platforms, built with Laravel, React, and PostgreSQL.
At Iktaro Solutions, he brings that combined background to client work. He scopes what a business actually needs, then designs, builds, and hosts websites, e-commerce stores, and workflow automation tools, and he supports those systems after launch. Because he understands infrastructure as well as code, clients get solutions that are dependable in day-to-day use, not just well built on paper.

Took a walk-in-only baking supply and custom cake business online. The work covered a Shopify store with a structured product catalogue, a custom cake order workflow, automated stock management, domain and branded email setup, and shipping and local pickup. The business now takes orders around the clock and is on an ongoing support retainer.
Project lead and lead developer of a recruitment platform that streamlines internal and external job applications. Covered the full development lifecycle, from leading the team through post-implementation support, with a modular design built to scale as needs grow.
Built a mobile-first website with integrated online booking for a Trinidad beauty business, delivered from kickoff to launch in two weeks. Clients can now view services and book appointments on their own, which has cut down phone back-and-forth and reduced scheduling conflicts and overbooking.
